Back-trapped lid (entropion) – born anomaly of the eye cap when the eye-side of the eye, where the eyelids grow, is turned from the inside-toward the ocular surface. This cap return may be partial or throughout the length of the lid. In some cases, this condition may be very pronounced, and then the entire lid is retracted along with the eyelids. This is very painful because the eyelashes harass the cornea. The retracted eyelashes can also cause damage small, corneal grooves, and the full latency of the cap can lead to distrophic processes, corneal wounds, and turbidity. Botox or surgical operation is used for cure.
